\nPower electronics hardware design engineer
\nBethlehem , Pennsylvania
\n \nBs in electrical / electronics with 6 year experience in power electronics / hardware
\nDesign and develop DC/AC inverter hardware using IGBT/MOSFET power topologies
\nWork with microcontrollers real time control integration
\nDesign gate driver circuits, isolation interfaces and protection circuits (overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit)
\nCreate schematics and multi layer PCB designs using Altium
\nevaluate key components including power devices, magnetics and sensing
\nPerform power loss calculations, thermal and efficiency optimization
\nIntegrate control hardware with firmware team on inverter operation / fault
\nConduct hardware testing, debugging and validation using oscilloscopes and power analyzers
\nImplement current and voltage sensing circuits and ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards
\nsupport prototype development, design and system optimization and documentation
