Frontline Acquisitions is a growing sales and marketing company in Harrisburg, PA. We partner with nationally recognized brands to support customer engagement, brand awareness, and retail marketing initiatives through face-to-face interactions. We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team.

This entry-level position is designed for individuals who want to develop practical skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development. With paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional development, successful candidates can build a strong foundation for long-term career growth in a collaborative, performance-focused environment. Previous industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of retail sales initiatives, product promotions, and in-person marketing campaigns

• Introduce customers to relevant products and services, explain key features, and respond to questions

• Use effective communication and customer service techniques to support sales conversations and customer satisfaction

• Learn and apply campaign procedures, product information, and client brand standards
\n
• Work with colleagues and supervisors to meet campaign targets and maintain consistent execution

• Track relevant sales activity and share customer insights or feedback with the team
\n
• Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and professional skills

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED required

• Clear communication skills and a professional approach to customer interactions

• A willingness to learn new sales techniques and respond constructively to feedback

• Reliability, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility

• The ability to collaborate with a team and work toward shared objectives
