Key responsibilities Own the member experience from onboarding through progress milestones, ensuring individualized attention Conduct live coaching sessions and provide ongoing support through timely messaging Develop personalized, data-informed plans that adapt to each member's evolving needs and goals Required qualifications NBC-HWC full board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching An associate's degree or higher, or equivalent experience-based path to coaching certification 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining individual member engagement Comfort working with a diverse member population, adapting coaching styles to meet varied needs
