Today, we are expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, producing advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.Your JobAs Manager, Logistics, you will support the Plant Manager and take full ownership of the Logistics department's operations — covering warehouse, import/export, inventory control, customs, and systems — to ensure reliable delivery performance and full compliance with Molex standards, international and local laws.Our TeamYou will lead a team of Senior Officers and Officers, and work closely with all internal functions, forwarders, customers, Molex global entities, and local authorities.What You Will DoDefine department strategy, key focus areas, KPIs (freight & duty rate, receiving and delivery performance, day stock index, slow & excess, customs clearance and liquidation) and goals; plan, organize, execute and review to achieve them.Manage end-to-end logistics operations: warehouse management, export, logistics, inventory control, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR and RBA requirements.Define and review department policies, procedures, processes and work instructions to optimize resources and improve efficiency.Assess, select and develop forwarders; control Molex inventory/assets at suppliers and vendors, as well as customer property at Molex Vietnam.Support the Plant Manager in working with local authorities and ensure operations comply with applicable laws.Recruit, set and review RR&E, train and coach team members, manage people relations and performance assessment.Take responsibility for the financial performance related to department operations.Ensure compliance with 7S & Kaizen, EHS, RBA & Social Responsibility, and protection of company assets.Support and contribute to Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO and EH&S management systems.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)University degree.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain within a manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of manufacturing, import and export processes.Good command of English (both spoken and written).Understanding of international and local laws related to logistics and customs.Strong work planning, problem-solving, leadership and people management skills.Experience in building procedures, processes, standards and work instructions.What Will Put You AheadExperience implementing ISO, CSR and RBA requirements.Kaizen and innovation mindset with a track record of process improvement.Experience in training, coaching and performance assessment.Hands-on experience with SAP in a logistics/warehouse environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary package with 13th month salary and annual performance bonusFree shuttle busFull statutory insurance (Social, Health, Unemployment) as per Vietnamese Labor LawAnnual leave and annual health check-up in line with company policyTraining and career development opportunities within a global organizationProfessional, safe and modern working environment at our new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park
