HR Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Generalist with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is Temporary opportunity located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR leadership and department managers to support a broad range of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition through orientation programs, documentation completion, and introductions to key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update employee information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Support internship and early career talent programs by serving as the primary HR contact for participants and departmental partners while fostering a positive and engaging experience.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and initiatives designed to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
• Compile and analyze workforce metrics, including turnover data, recruiting activity, and other key HR performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement programs that strengthen employee engagement, promote positive workplace culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Coordinate employee-focused events and activities, including recognition programs, team-building events, celebrations, and company-sponsored gatherings.
• Assist in the development, tracking, and management of budgets related to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Administer employee surveys and feedback programs, analyze results, and help develop action plans to address key findings.
• Create reports and dashboards that measure the effectiveness of engagement programs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of HR Operations experience
• Must be proficient with UKG

Employment Type: Temp

Salary: $35-42/hr
