Role Description The Fashion Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vernon, CA, contributing to the design and development of womenswear collections. This role requires concept development, sketching, technical specification preparation, and design revisions aligned with brand requirements and market trends. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales and production teams, participating in fittings, and ensuring accurate translation of designs into samples and bulk production. The Fashion Designer will research fabrics, trims, and textile applications, supports embroidery and embellishment design, and maintains organized design boards and digital files.
