Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, documenting intake procedures and mental status evaluations accurately.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to suit clients' evolving needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-informed practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community outreach coordinators, to coordinate care and integrate services for holistic client support.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans when necessary.
\n
• Engage in outreach and educational initiatives within the community to raise awareness about mental health issues and the resources available to clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, which is essential to practice within our clinical environment.

• Strong cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with clients from varied demographic backgrounds and experiences.
