QUALIFICATIONS Must be licensed or be able to obtain the North Dakota Educator's Certificate. Must be able to obtain the School Counselor Credential. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT 185 day contract starting in August 2026. SALARY Determined off the 2025-2027 Professional Negotiated Agreement. The salary range is $48,922 - $69,047 depending on education and experience. BENEFITS Eligible for all benefits. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Retirement benefits.
